Will mad have mp3pro support, or is mp3pro an extention to the iso
standard, and thus not iso compliant?

And there even won't be an option sometime to compile an
"non-iso-compiant-extended-version"?
The problem is that mp3PRO is a proprietary extension; no public
specification exists from which even a
non-iso-compliant-extended-version could be created.
